Job Description:
The Peggy Siegal Company is seeking a highly self-motivated, thick-skinned, and detail-oriented team player. The position calls for someone seeking an opportunity as a Personal Assistant to Peggy. Examples of day to day responsibilities would be coordinating travel, booking appointments, making phone calls, writing memos, handling schedules, overseeing multiple offices and homes, personal projects, coordinating memos, shipping and returns to department stores and boutiques, and attending scheduled events.
This is a full-time paid position. The right candidate needs to be familiar with the entertainment industry, upcoming films, and today's hottest and up-and-coming brands. We are looking for someone who has an enthusiastic attitude and is ready to work hard.
Requirements:
0-1 year background in PR and Event Planning or assistant work preferred.
Availability: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
Must have an understanding of Microsoft Office.
Bonus if you have worked with large databases maintaining information.
Must be creative and very organized.
Needs to be able to work well under pressure.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
