This is a Full Time Job
The Senior Designer will be a key contributor on the Peacock Creative Team, producing high-quality static and motion design for 360 promotional campaigns across Peacock’s originals, acquired series, sports, and brand initiatives. This role requires a strong design sensibility, technical skill, and the ability to create polished work across key art, typography, logo design, motion boards, and animation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage projects from concept through completion–balancing creative vision with timely execution across multiple deliverables and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Design assets for 360 campaigns including key art, OOH, social, digital, and on-air/motion graphics
• Develop conceptual graphics packages and motion design boards
• Contribute to photo shoot direction: photographer selection, mood, and style
• Provide direction on photo retouching and compositing
• Prepare mechanicals for pre-press and ensure print production accuracy
• Translate creative briefs into compelling design concepts and final assets
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Production Managers to meet timelines and budget requirements
• Maintain a strong understanding of digital and social media platforms
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• 4 years of design experience in entertainment, streaming, or agency settings
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design, animation, and concept development skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience across both off-air and on-air creative
• Strong typography, layout, and graphic design abilities
• Hands-on experience with print production and pre-press preparation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

• Salary range: $115,000- $145,000 (bonus eligible)
