Peacock – NBCUniversal’s streaming service – is seeking a Sr. Designer for its in-house design team. A visual problem solver and storyteller, the Sr. Designer will develop assets in support of Peacock Scripted and Unscripted launch campaigns. The Sr. Designer will take ideas from concept to execution stage, in both print and digital advertising, for a variety of platforms and mediums. In support of the Peacock Originals Creative team, the Sr. Designer will also work within a larger team of creative and marketing professionals, delivering on all company goals and media initiatives.
Reporting to the Art Director and working cross-functionally, the Sr. Designer is a key contributor on the design team and shapes the creation of marketing assets, delivering on strategic objectives while maintaining best-in-class creative and design standards.
Responsibilities:
• Projects include print and digital Key Art, photoshoot concepts, OOH/DOOH, digital banners and media assets, animations, show logos, character portraits, CRM images, consumer activation assets, social media graphics, landing pages, presentation decks, and other promotional items
• Work with cross-functional partners on campaign creative design assets, kick-off decks, messaging, and versioning across multiple platforms and user states.
• Present work and pitch concepts to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure a high volume of design elements are finished and delivered accurately and on time
• Able to pivot and work with great agility in a fast paced and entrepreneurial marketing culture
• Keep up to date with Peacock brand guidelines and rules from across the entire Marketing organization to ensure all consumer-facing work maintains a consistent design, voice, and tone across every platform and touchpoint
• Keep current of emerging design trends, with a particular focus on original content promotions within the streaming universe
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 5 years of relevant work experience; direct-to-consumer or entertainment preferred
• Full working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (from Photoshop to After Effects)
• Excellent photo illustration/comping skills and presentation skills
• Impeccable typographic skills with strong editorial sensibilities
• Strong knowledge of digital/print production, photography, and photo-retouching
• Knowledgeable and resourceful regarding photo and image editing/research
• Experience creating animations/storyboards for cinemagraphs and other dynamic media is a plus

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible)
