The Project Manager is a member of the Go to Market Project Management Office, overseeing launch projects for Peacock that span across one or more business units. Under the general supervision of either a program manager and/or Director or Sr. Director, this position will oversee multiple smaller projects and be a contributor on larger projects. The project manager is responsible for working with Subject Matter Experts to define the work required to meet the project objectives, assemble the project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop the schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. The position communicates with a senior project manager, functional area manager, or program manager regarding the status of specific projects and escalations as required.
Responsibilities
• Manage end to end project delivery of complex project with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent solutions, as well as a commitment to building team culture are an absolute must
• Understand both business and technical project requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans
• Build and support internal and external communication plans, status reports, analyses and presentations
• Communicate timely and frequently with all business stakeholders, ensuring project delivery transparency
Qualifications
/Requirements
• 4 years' experience in either the project management or business analysis field
• Experience working across all digital media functions, including content, marketing, business development, product, decision sciences, technology, ad sales, and research
• An attention to detail while reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project requirements
• Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate resolutions to complex problems
• Ability to organize meetings including creating pertinent agendas, managing conversations, and summarizing the results into a set of decisions made and next steps
• Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and decks
• Experience working with business operational functional, such as customer care and billing, is a plus
