News Content
• Support News counterparts in the Topical Programming team to ensure that any (often late-breaking) long-form VOD news specials are captured in the ACT and any relevant trackers, accurately noting relevant rights and windowing details.
• Help devise communication documents and alerts for ongoing and special coverage carried on Peacock's virtual news channels.
• Ensure that Press, Sales, Partner Marketing and Editorial are aware in advance of incoming news and topical content, including live events, documentaries and specials, as well as ongoing original series.

• Experience coordinating across departments and taking direction from multiple managers.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment, juggling several tasks.
• Skilled in spreadsheet tools like Excel and, ideally, Airtable.
