Patron Technology is a remote-friendly company and this role is permanently full-time remote. This position is open to any candidate in North America.
The Account Executive will analyze prospects' technology challenges in order to align the right solutions from the Patron Technology portfolio of product and services. The Sales Representative will also manage expectations along the sales process in order to maintain a successful client relationship.

AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:
Build a book of business by identifying and selling Patron Technology products and services to qualified prospects
Meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing new business opportunities
Quickly grasp prospect's business and technical requirements and fit solutions around those specific needs
Track and maintain all prospect interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
Manage all phases of the sales cycle from first call to successful close (including proposal development, scope definition, and client presentations)
Apply consistent and efficient forecasting practices
Conduct product demos via video conferencing software for prospects and clients
Proactively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities
Manage client expectations during the sales and implementation process
Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business
Understand the competitive landscape and Patron Technology differentiators to ultimately outmaneuver competition in head-to-head proposals
Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction and win renewal business
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in complex sales, solution selling, or strategic accounts selling
Prior experience selling ticketing, marketing, sales, CRM or other SaaS related services
Passion for technology and live events
Desire to explore and understand new platforms
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
Self starter and ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources
Available for occasional travel in North America for sales meetings and industry events

Strong knowledge of Salesforce for account, quota and opportunity management
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
Fluency in multiple languages
