Office Production Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj is looking for an organized and energetic Office Production Assistant to join our staff. The Office PA is an important role that requires both production and administrative skills and will directly support the production team as well as the entire Patriot Act team. The Office PA role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into TV.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Making sure the office is running smoothly, is organized, and neat.
Ordering, putting away, and tracking inventory of snacks, beverages, office supplies, and tech.
Working as a Set PA on digital and field shoots as necessary (loading in/out equipment, assisting crew, setting up crafty, etc.).
Setting up interviews/meetings for the supervising producer and line producer.
Assisting with all aspects of our studio production (adding people to the security list, checking in guests, audience load in/out, setting up green rooms, managing talent, audiences' releases).
Assist with office culture: birthday cards, parties, holidays, etc.
Sit in for executive assistants when they are out.
Go on runs as needed.
