Assistant to the Head of Sales and Acquisitions

Passion River Films is looking for an assistant to help with organization and outreach for the Head of Sales and Acquisitions.

Hours would be between 15-20 per week

Must Have Attributes Include:
Extreme Organization
Detail Oriented
Self Starter
Strong Writer
Strong Communicator (This position requires adaptation with massive telecommunication)
Well Spoken
Creative Outlook
Optimistic and Positive Personality (CAN DO attitude)

Must be able to balance multiple tasks in an extremely fast paced and ever changing work environment amongst strict deadlines.

Experience with the following is a plus
Organization and calendar software
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Powerpoint
Photoshop
Final Cut or Avid editing software
