Partizan Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to support the General Manager/CEO and oversee day-to-day office operations.
This role handles heavy administrative duties as well as a diverse range of office management, HR, accounting, and production-related responsibilities. The production office is a vital part of the company's inner workings and culture, serving as a key point of interaction for all full-time and freelance staff.
The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company by maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment. Individuals in this position must be self-motivated, extremely organized, and personable. Discretion is essential, as the role often involves handling sensitive information.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has an interest in production or creative industries.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing office operations, supplies, and maintenance to ensure a productive work environment
Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files
Working with accounting for expenses, payment requests, and check processing
Supporting HR functions such as payroll, employee benefits administration, and onboarding new hires
Assisting other Partizan executives and the company's roster of directors
Supporting freelance production teams with logistical needs such as supply deliveries and gift bags
Supervising office PAs and interns
Coordinating with international employees/directors on visa applications and travel logistics
Desired Qualities:
Strong tech skills and a knack for troubleshooting basic IT issues are essential
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills
Personable and approachable
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Dedicated and self-motivated
Interest in the production and creative industries is a plus
Qualifications:
Previous office management or administrative experience is preferred but not required
Familiarity with HR processes or basic accounting tasks is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Role Details:
On-site, in-person position (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break)
