Partisan Arts, a premier music talent agency, is seeking applicants for the entry level position of Ticketing Admin Assistant in our Sausalito, Ca office. Currently we are working remotely but plan to reopen the Sausalito office at some point. Interested applicants must be located in the Bay Area and willing to return to office part time eventually (tba number of days per week) with rest of the staff.
Our agency exclusively represents some of the top touring artists in the world. We are seeking a hard-working, motivated and dedicated person to assist in the office who is interested in learning the ins and outs of the music industry and is considering a career in the music business. Passion for live music is a must and related experience is preferred.
The Ticketing Admin Assistant is responsible for creating and distributing ticket sales reports for the artists' tours plus general administrative support to our team of Agents and Agent Assistants.
Responsibilities will include:
* Gathering data for and creating daily ticket sales reports?
* Distributing daily ticket sales reports to artist management teams
* Answering telephones
* Additional assistance as required by the administrative department to fully support all aspects of the artists' tours
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be organized, highly motivated and efficient with proven ability to work with multiple deadlines and priorities in a high volume and time-sensitive environment. Close attention to detail is essential.
* Bachelor's degree preferred, at least 2 years administrative or related intern experience required. Music industry experience preferred.
* Macintosh and Microsoft Office experience required. Computer network and Filemaker Pro database skills a plus
* Excellent written communication and problem solving abilities, professional and courteous telephone skills?
