Part2 Pictures - Development Coordinator
Part2 Pictures is seeking a Development Coordinator to provide support to their non-scripted development department. The ideal candidate should work well in a collaborative team environment, have experience writing treatments and/or sales materials, and be comfortable managing multiple projects and changing priorities. One year experience at a production company, agency or network preferred.
This is a New York based and remote hybrid position -- with 2 days of week in the office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and possibility of more.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate the schedule of the Head of Development and development department
Conduct research and creative support in the development of new projects
Assist in the design of development materials, including: treatments, decks, one sheets
Assist in the overseeing of interns and their projects
Research and track current market trends
Track, log and manage submissions
Create weekly agendas and take notes in meetings
Communicate with finance, production, and other internal departments
Preferred Qualifications:
Creative thinker with a passion for documentary television:
Proficiency in G drive, Keynote, Photoshop and InDesign preferred
Experience with Frame.io
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Creative problem-solver
Excellent time management and organizational skills
