Job Summary:
Project Mgr (CT)
Responsibilities:
• Manage a variety of projects that execute large scale, high profile site and global offerings and events for Cast and Employees of TWDC.
• The amount of hours and level of projects will vary throughout the year; based on company wide strategies and priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Previous project management experience
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and varying priorities
• Demonstrated strong partnering skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
• Highly developed Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project skills
• Proven experience with event planning and/or recreation
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
