Production Coordinator
Location: New York, NY

Park Pictures is an international Academy and Emmy award winning commercial, music video, and feature film production company. Our commercial work spans major brands including Nike, Apple, Microsoft, NBA, Volkswagen, and Delta. We created music videos for artists such as Chance the Rapper, Florence and the Machine, Haim, Paul McCartney, and Run the Jewels. Park's features have premiered at international film festivals such as Sundance and Tribeca, with titles like Robot and Frank, Farewell Amor, Hearts Beat Loud, and Other People.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between producers, directors, and treatment designers during the commercial bidding process
• Hold, book, and release treatment designers and production crew
• Track the status of current active projects for each director represented by the company
• Make travel reservations for staff and production crew, and generate corresponding itinerary documents
• Research talent, crew, and locations in support of bidding producers

Qualifications:

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry, but entry level is considered
• Good communicator
• Curious, ready to learn, and self-motivated
• Organized, detail-oriented, good at multitasking and prioritizing
• Able to work independently
• Proficient with the Google Suite. Experience with Adobe InDesign is ideal but not necessary

• Work in person Tuesday to Thursday, remote on most Mondays and Fridays (in person attendance schedule while in office may be subject to change)
