DESCRIPTION
We are currently receiving applications for August-December 2026.
This is a virtual internship. Seeking an intern who is interested in learning about the world of talent representation and the booking process for actors on TV/film/commercial productions.
We request a minimum of a 4 month commitment, 18 hours across 4-5 days per week. Opportunities exist for growth and advancement in the company but a permanent position is not guaranteed following the internship.
REQUIREMENTS
As this is a remote internship, you will be expected to be on a video conference call with us for the duration of your shift(s) via Microsoft Teams. You will therefore need to have access to a quiet, private place with adequate internet connection.
Applicants who are familiar with Google Sheets preferred.
Ideal candidate must be a self-starter who has good problem solving skills and is very detail-oriented, efficient, patient, and well-organized. Candidate must also have a genuine interest in talent representation and must maintain a professional attitude.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle high-pressure situations in a calm, professional manner. Must be able to problem solve, prioritize, think ahead, communicate confidently, and work efficiently.
SKILLS YOU WILL LEARN
• How to navigate different casting platforms (Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier)
• Email etiquette
• Talent assessment
• Coordinating schedules
• Correspondence with casting directors/productions
• Talent acquisition
IMPORTANT
• You will be trained to work in the field of entertainment business.
• You are not displacing employees.
• Preferable that a school or agency supervise internship training.
