Come join the ViacomCBS International Streaming team! We are seeking a VP, Content & Title Marketing; reporting to the SVP of International Marketing & Growth.
This role leads the coordination, execution, and analysis of global title marketing campaigns internationally. The VP should have experience leading teams aimed at launching global tentpole content and building multi-million dollar campaigns. This role ensures that we create world class campaigns for our brand and for licensed and Original titles.
This VP should be a strong people manager, with experience leading and developing teams of 15 and coordinating cross-functional areas of 50 people to launch titles to market. They will craft transformative cross-channel campaigns around the customer experience, and should be comfortable developing and implementing media strategies as part of a broader marketing strategy. As a leader on the Marketing Team, this VP will bring seasoned leadership skills and critical thinking to implement mechanisms and measurement tools that identify exciting opportunities to engage audiences.
Responsibilities:
• Lead overall planning for international title marketing, including tentpole definition, goal setting and investment plan
• Design vision & roadmap for the team, including inspiring locale teams around tentpole show launches and drive best-in class marketing strategies along with clear executional guidance
• Participate in Originals greenlighting process and provide marketing and insights input
• Attract, coach, and develop a world-class title marketing team
• Lead and drive campaign planning, got to market strategies for campaigns, developing and adjusting go-to-market plans and marketing tactics for the international markets
• Lead and inspire a team to build best in class initiatives & executions for select shows, partnering with creative agencies and local creative teams
• Lead the team that owns Brand/Originals/Exclusives creative testing roadmap to further optimize effectiveness of current and new creative designs. This includes defining the title research calendar in order to regularly evaluate health of our series in-markets in partnership with the research team
• Proactively manage international plans by executing placement and asset creation to ensure on-time deliverables and efficient campaigns
• Oversee all content deliverable flow in-house, including management of creative agencies in collaboration with the creative team
• Build the team and processes for localization; including post-production, versioning, and campaign delivery across publicity, media, social and partners as needed
• Create opportunities to collaborate with the domestic & brand teams for marketing materials, campaign elements and infrastructure
• Lead work with the Data & analytics team to define content marketing performance and build along with BI & Research categorization tools to evaluate marketing spend by title by country
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 15 years work experience; preferably in International Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; Master's degree, a plus
Additional Qualifications:
• Proven track record in leading the launch of tentpole blockbuster shows/movies
• Experience across all title marketing areas (research, creative, media, social, digital, PR/comms, talent)
• Strong leadership and managerial experience, having managed multi-faceted teams of 10 people and coordination of 40 people teams, including hiring and scaling teams
• Ability to build roadmap and manage multiple priorities, track record of building process and tools to enable scale in the organization
• Strength in working with fast moving cross-functional teams towards building seamless and integrated marketing campaigns
• Executive level communication

• Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams

• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
