We are seeking a Syndication Sales Analyst to support the CBS Media Ventures (CMV) and Paramount Global Content Distribution (GCD) legal teams! They will analyze , enter, and maintain data related to syndicated television programming and sales. This role involves working with broadcast schedules and proprietary database systems to ensure accurate and timely information flow across departments. This role also provides administrative and operational support to department lawyers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain show schedules in internal systems.
• Analyze and enter syndication license agreements for all First-Run and Off-Network CBS Media Ventures programming.
• Process amendments to existing television license agreements in proprietary database systems.
• Prepare legal agreements for execution and submit change orders for Legal and Finance Department approvals.
• Generate and distribute regular system reports.
• Communicate frequently with stations, sales, and other departments.
• Submit expense reports, maintain calendars, and perform additional administrative responsibilities.
• File, organize and track legal documents and maintain systems.
Qualifications & Experience
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a time-intensive, deadline-driven environment with a keen attention to detail.
• Professional and confident demeanor with a focus on teamwork.
• Resourceful, enthusiastic, flexible, and ready to take on challenges and increased responsibilities.
• Ability to work individually, prioritize tasks, and address multiple issues simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; experience with MS Word and Oracle is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and prior syndication/television experience are preferred but not required.
