Primary Responsibilities:
Paramount Tech is hiring a Senior Application Manager for the ServiceNow platform spanning ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, Custom Applications Development, Core Platform, HR Service Delivery, Security Management...
This position is responsible for ensuring that the End Users of Paramount Global are well supported on the ServiceNow platform and be a subject matter expert on all business and system processes using the platform with a thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and have a solid technical background. The candidate will be part of a team that bridges the gap between the Business Partners (IT and Non-IT), requirements and the Applications Development team responsible for building and maintaining ServiceNow.
The candidate will, but not limited to:
• Work with Business Partners (IT and Non-IT) around the world to define vision, scope and priority on projects large and small aligning with business objectives, needs and strategic directions
• Gather and document business requirements and processes, planning, reporting and workflow needs and sign off; and review with the team to finalize and document solutions for the requirements gathered
• Write functional specifications, test scripts, training guides and process documentation
• Lead and run projects through the full life cycle, from justification through implementation and training
• Support, identify, analyze and resolve or advance reported problems with analysis impact on platform
• Manage streams of work and activities for the team, including clear identification of risk and issues affecting scope of work
• Plan, run and build upgrade plans and roadmaps
• Provide business / technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from gathered requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience handling various projects in a large, IT enterprise environment
• Minimum 3 years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, Application Development, Core Platform, HR Service Delivery, Security Management, system analysis, functional design, and configuration experiences
Additional Qualifications:
• Strong business analysis/project management skills
• Strong functional knowledge of ITSM/ITIL V3 foundational concepts and processes
• Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Excellent written and communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving, conflict management, listening, time management
• Ability to develop flexible and efficient plans, lead project teams with multiple priorities while fostering an environment of team building and coordination
• Strong organizational skills including an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish priorities, exercise good judgment, meet deadlines, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator a plus
• Experience with implementation of ServiceNow a plus
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS a plus
• Experience working with jQuery, Jelly a plus
• Experience on Integration (REST, Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID) a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $145,000.00 - 160,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
