Sports Production Associate

This is a Part Time Job

Overview / role details:
• Entry level job that works with Sports production staff to support daily show coverage and content delivery.
• Sports Associates will log games, use edit tool to clip off highlights & sound, post on social media, email out nightly notes & set game/feed records for the following day.

REQUIRED:
• Expert knowledge of major sports (football, baseball, basketball) & good knowledge of other sports (hockey, golf, soccer, etc.)
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment individually & in a team setting.
• Available to work both weekend days/nights and weeknight evenings.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• College degree in broadcasting, communications or radio/tv/film.
• Previous newsroom experience in job, internship or college setting
