Overview & Responsibilities
As a Senior Talent Engagement Partner, you will serve as a strategic sourcer tasked with identifying, engaging, and cultivating best-in-class advanced technical talent, with a focus on AI/ML. You will own forward-thinking talent strategies for highly competitive and emerging technical domains that are critical to the future of our organization. This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML talent landscapes, detailed market intelligence, and the ability to build relationships with top-tier passive candidates in research and applied engineering communities.
What You’ll Do:
• Define and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies, from competitive intelligence and talent mapping, to pipeline development and engagement.
• Conduct Deep Market Research: Analyze AI/ML talent, track competitor hiring patterns, and provide strategic insights to hiring leaders.
• Identify and build relationships with high-impact AI/ML professionals.
• Develop and grow curated pipelines of AI/ML talent, maintaining consistent interactions beyond immediate hiring needs.
• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with recruiters and technical hiring leaders and influence hiring strategy based on real-time market data.
• Maintain and optimize CRM workflows to ensure clean pipeline tracking, segmentation, and engagement analytics.
Basic Qualifications
• 5 years of experience leading sourcing strategy for highly technical roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing for AI/ML talent.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies.
• Deep interest in the AI/ML ecosystem, including current trends in generative AI, LLMs, applied ML, and research domains.
• Experience leveraging a CRM platform (preferably Beamery) to build and scale long-term technical talent communities.
Additional Qualifications
• Ability to translate business objectives into talent engagement strategies.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence hiring strategy through market data and talent insights.
