The Senior Manager, CTV Partnerships is a key role on Paramount’s fast- paced Distribution team. Focused on streaming partnerships, the ideal candidate will have proven success driving efficient distribution partnerships, gleaning important strategic insights from large datasets, developing strategic growth plans and spearheading partnership communications and prioritization. This role requires strong connectivity between internal and external teams, focusing collective efforts on all key activities related to partner management. This role reports to the VP Distribution Partnerships and is based in Los Angeles, with consideration also given to New York .
Responsibilities
• Lead business analysis and partner coordination for key streaming partnerships, from deal negotiation support to user growth plans to ongoing partner management
• Serve as primary stakeholder and day-to- day relationship owner in onboarding and ongoing success of new and current partnerships
• Drive communication, education, data management, performance and reporting across managed partners
• Serve as internal advocate for partner set; including developing business cases for prioritization of partner needs across multiple groups (Product, business intelligence etc)
• Own partner communications including quarterly business reviews, case studies, competitive insights and any other relevant reporting
• Interpret data to guide strategy, evaluate partner performance and communicate insights to leadership
• Identify market trends, research reports ,competitive insights and frequent business analyses to support business reviews and other partner focused special projects
• Monitor key platform trends and health metrics and support with business analysis
Basic Qualifications
• 7 years of business development and/or partner management experience, preferably in the OTT or digital industry
• BA/BS required. MBA preferred

• Exceptional partnership management skills, with a focus on aligning long term objectives between organizations
• Deep quantitative and analytical skills, with a shown ability to apply
data to drive decision making
• Solid cross-functional skills with the ability to build consensus among teams (business development, product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance)
• Deep understanding of video streaming business models, both ad-supported and/ or subscription-based, and the content ecosystem
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
