Overview:
The Streaming Marketing team is looking for a Director of Display to work across our portfolio of international streaming brands with a focus on Paramount (SVOD). The ideal candidate will be well versed in both Digital and Traditional media and their underlying metrics. The role will be dedicated to working with teams across the globe to plan, validate, execute and measure marketing campaigns and their impact to the business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop go-to-market plans and marketing tactics for Paramount as we launch the platform in new territories and premier content in key markets
• Work with the key VCNI central marketing teams and local stakeholders to best leverage campaigns and ensure consistent end to end customer experience
• Lead the implementation of our global Display strategy from inception and work with internal marketing and product teams to deploy the tactic at scale
• Evaluate third-party deals and opportunities and provide perspective on their efficacy to drive results
• Write and lead the RFP process for new vendors and oversee their onboarding
• Maintain relationships with major media publishers and partners
• Directly oversee and manage international budget and planning
• Drive development of creative briefs to guide the marketing creative process and
support alignment of internal marketing teams on goals and strategies for content
campaigns
• Drive development of media briefs to guide the media planning process and
support alignment of internal media buying teams
• Forecast ongoing performance based on performance history, market behavior
and future opportunities
• Activate 360° digital marketing strategy and plans for campaigns that incorporate
best-in-class direct response platforms
• Identify and develop incremental display focused marketing tactics and
opportunities by marketing channel to drive additional viewership and acquisition
Basic Qualifications:
• 6 years of relevant work experience in media with an extensive background of planning and developing, deploying, and analyzing campaigns within an agency environment
• Proven track-record of planning and managing Display and/or App campaigns and clearly communicating progress and results
• Understanding of media KPI’s and how they relate to lifetime consumer metrics
• Exceptional understanding of Display (Direct Buys, Programmatic, PMP, DSP, Remarketing, Ad Serving) as it relates to the optimization of media spend and conversion
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from media campaigns and clearly articulate learnings
• Demonstrated experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor and measure performance, measure effectiveness, and plan ongoing improvements to media campaigns
• Strong understanding of standard reporting suites, (Adobe or Google Analytics) and Excel is a must
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills and present high-quality documents to leadership
• Capacity to coordinate with International, and other internal teams
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery

• Knowledge in TV Content.
• Consumer of entertainment content and interest in it.
• Experience working in the streaming industry including a knowledge of current
trends
• Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
