Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount Media Networks is seeking an experience, service oriented, innovative, and highly collaborative HR Production Partner to join their newly created HR Production division.

Candidate will also be a team player, highly organized, tech savvy, and can analyze and synthesize data to give succinct answers and create reports & processes.
• Support the VP and EVP by helping to develop and support the strategic vision of the HR Production function, as well as managing the tactical/day-to-day HR responsibilities. T his includes but is not limited to:
• Attending production kick-off meetings and contributing from an HR perspective
• Organizing trainings, workshops, and programs
• Review and analyze production/business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiencies, DEI initiatives and overall production employee experience
• Creating decks
• Create monthly and Ad/Hoc reports as needed
• Overseeing the update of various HR Production trackers, documents, and information sites
• Determine appropriate metrics to measure success of various programs and initiatives
• Together with VP, ensure an HR presence is established on productions and production employees know who we/HR are, and how to contact us
• Deploy a hands-on approach in effectively assessing the needs of production employees and driving efficient follow-up and reaction to those needs
• Together with VP, conduct production post-mortems and develop metrics to measure production€™s overall experience
• Work closely with PMN Production Management to understand production slates and priorities and keep VP and Coordinator updated
• At the direction of/or in partnership with the VP, field general ER and performance issues, and work closely with the appropriate labor, risk, and employment law representatives along the way
• Be an HR ambassador and trusted partner to PM€™s, UPM€™s, POC€™s; APOC€™s as well as below the line crew
• Propose and lead various HR Production initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years experience in Human Resources
• Strong experience in Employee Relations, coaching and/or mentoring
Additional Qualifications:
• 4-year degree or requisite work experience in HR, Organization Development, Communications, or related fields desired
• HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, SPHR) would be preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to build relationships and balance employee advocacy with business objectives
• A €œhands-on€ Manager with a sincere interest in people, process, and contributing to a true service organization
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated understanding of state, federal and local employment laws
• Knowledge of Benefits and Leave Administration
• Experience working with labor organizations and/or union environment
