Overview:
This role leads all aspects of the growth strategy and execution for paid and organic growth channels of our streaming businesses, with the objective of reaching the number of subscribers, revenue and overall acquisition costs.
The role will manage the data driven full growth funnel marketing for OTT, based on rapid experimentation and validated learning. Defining together with the team for each step of the funnel, the traction channel and the content/copy and UX associated.
The role also cover user engagement & lifecycle marketing, to manage and implement programs that nurture and drive engagement across our existing customers. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for designing strategic, customer-facing programs to achieve engagement and retention goals. Demonstrating deep domain and competitive landscape understanding, the candidate will help shape and evangelize customer segmentation, create complex experiment frameworks, analyze results, and structure programs covering a wide variety of customer-facing channels and touch points (paid, earned, and owned online and offline channels).

Responsibilities:
• Lead the charge on groundbreaking marketing growth goals and initiatives.
• Drive audience acquisition and growth strategies.
• Delivering the Growth goals around Subscribers, CAC, LTV, funnel efficiency.
• Understand the growth stack and analytics tools. Understand the attribution and analytics tools and be able to differentiate these different variables by acquisition channel.
• Own life cycle marketing strategies including vision, goals, and roadmap across channel planning to implement.
• Generate deep insights about customers at each stage in their relationship with our services, inventing new ways to delight and introduce/engage customers to content.
• Ownership of outbound channels and marketing programs, including conceptualizing, building, implementing and analyzing adoption and engagement programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights via tests and optimization.
• Handle third party agencies to successfully face demands and goals we can’t support with in-house team members.
• A/B testing coordination with the HQ Team. Work together with HQ product team to implement a UX/UI that optimizes products/subscriber’s growth (onboarding flow for instance).
• Strategically direct and lead all performance and growth activities to reach subscription acquisition (and engagement in collaboration with the engagement team) goals for streaming platforms.
• Own and present to senior leadership key performance metrics around customer acquisition, cost per new customer.
Basic Qualifications:
• 10 of experience in direct to consumer growth marketing.
• Experience also in media and subscription would be a plus.
• Capacity to collaborate with different areas involved in the growth initiatives (Product/Tech, Marketing, BI, data scientists, creative, content).
• Applicable familiarity and expertise in UI/UX standard methodologies.
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery. Advanced understanding of overall cross-platform attribution.
• Excellent data analysis skills, analytical mind and curious/entrepreneurial approach.
• Track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing automation tools.
• Product/CRM expertise leading development and partnering in execution of test plans, automation efforts, and improving channel/communication impact.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, tracking program performance, and testing results, including knowledge of attribution models and marketing measurement methodologies.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mentality and resilient spirit with large experience navigating cross-functional organizations.
Additional Qualifications:
• Knowledge in TV Content.
• Consumer of entertainment content and curiosity about it.
• LATAM market experience.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Ability to plan and supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
• BS/BA in related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related field (is a plus).
