At Paramount, we’re revolutionizing how small and medium businesses advertise on TV and Connected TV (CTV). Our self-serve ads platform, Paramount Ads Manager, allows businesses of all sizes to easily create impactful TV advertising campaigns. As the Senior Director of Customer Marketing, your team is responsible for crafting compelling campaigns, content and customer programs. You will define the personas of our target customers and build conversion-optimized campaigns to reach them, including referral programs and affiliate marketing. Your team will reachSMB audiences across a wide variety of channels –social media, website, email, sales relationships - and a wide variety of formats - webinars, demo videos, product playbooks, case studies, in-product messaging. This is a unique opportunity to shape how SMB advertisers succeed on one of the largest media platforms in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead a customer-first, multi-channel marketing team driven by continuous experimentation to achieve both long-term brand value and immediate conversion across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Lead the team responsible for Vertical Marketing, Industry Insights, Case Studies, Product Enablement - with the voice of the customer at the center of all work streams.
• Use market research, product analytics, customer interviews, and other resource deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments to craft clear, compelling brand narratives for various customer segments.
• Champion our customers’ needs to inform product strategy and roadmap to service our target audiences. Work with the Product team to validate new product hypotheses and create GTM motions that can scale.
• Define and implement go-to market calendar, marketing launch process and documentation to ensure launches are aligned with buyer insights and in-product behaviors
• Lead partner marketing initiatives
• Own adsmanager.paramount.com, ensuring conversion optimization across touchpoints and establish a forward-looking website roadmap that aligns with business objectives
• In partnership with our in-house agency, you and your team will create a wide variety of content types including landing pages, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and product tutorials–each uniquely tailored to its specific medium while driving continuity in our messaging and brand identity.
• High degree of comfort assessing performance across the marketing funnel, owning a marketing attribution # and balancing the need for immediate growth and long term brand building.
• Define team goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly report on campaign effectiveness and support team member professional growth
Basic Qualifications
• Proven experience (10 years) developing scaled B2B marketing content and messaging strategies and shaping memorable B2B business brands, preferably in product-led growth environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Additional Qualifications
• You understand ad channels like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok well and have a strong POV on how to break through the noise
• You track what’s working (and what’s not) and use data and market feedback to adjust quickly
• Have a portfolio to share that includes content, distribution strategy and results of previous work
• Skilled in project management, capable of defining team-wide launch processes and overseeing a long list of parallel projects
• Previous experience working for social or CTV advertising platforms preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $139,200.00 - 174,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
