Overview and Responsibilities:
• Own & quarterback all of Paramount's overall DSP relationships
• Direct stewardship with all current DSP partners across all general business objectives, establishing standard methodologies around communication and process
• Evangelize Paramount's central initiatives with all DSPs including adoption of Paramount's direct offering, EyeQ, & implementing long standing privacy compliant Programmatic inventory standards in partnership with OpenAP (Unified ID 2.0, Blockgraph, etc.)
• Drive general multi-advertiser marketplace deals with all current DSP partners that do not have direct relationships with Paramount
• Formalize lead gen/upsell process in partnership with Programmatic Direct team as well as DSPs to grow direct advertiser relationships
• Execute strategy & workflow for unique demand opportunities that require non-traditional Programmatic executions such as Linear Liability & Non-Disclosure/Barter in collaborate with Paramount Programmatic Direct, Finance, Legal, & Yield teams
• Partner with Paramount Yield team for overall pricing strategies with DSPs
• Liaise with Paramount Product & Ops teams to set best practices across creative review process & other operational workflows
• Coordinate with Freewheel DSP team to ensure that all DSPs are properly certified across Freewheel's SSP and meet Paramount's Programmatic transaction requirements
• Perform a general landscape analysis of CTV centric DSPs within the Programmatic marketplace
• Isolate, negotiate, & sign new DSP partnerships for Paramount as well as identify growth opportunities with existing partners
• Make recommendations on best practices for how to partner with unique DSPs (ecommerce, local, retail, etc.)
• Programmatic Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Programmatic Direct & Direct Sales
• Partner with Programmatic Direct team & Head of SSP Partnerships on Paramount's overall go to market strategy & value prop separation between Paramount's direct offering, EyeQ, and indirect monetization lanes
• Formalize best practices & escalation points for rules of the road around deal setup & troubleshooting with Programmatic Direct & Ops teams
• Attend Programmatic Direct and/or Direct Sales client meetings as SME for best practices when needed
• Aid with general Upfront strategies across key agency relationships when needed
Basic Qualifications:
• 10 years of programmatic experience as a video specific publisher, DSP, SSP, or other related organizations
• Deep understanding of CTV/FEP video landscape from a business perspective (SSPs, DSPs, Mediation/Header Platforms, App Platforms, etc.)

Additional Qualifications:
• Product & Ops knowledge of CTV/FEP a plus
• Outstanding people skills â€'' including skills required to build and maintain excellent client relationships
• First-rate analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive business performance / decisions
