Paramount Advertising’s SMB division empowers small and medium businesses to connect with audiences across iconic media brands. Our Data Solutions team sits at the center of this transformation, building scalable tools, insights, and platforms that drive growth!
We are looking for a Senior Director of Business Analytics to serve as the strategic quarterback of our SMB Ads operations. You’ll lead the charge in forecasting revenue, identifying high-impact growth opportunities, and driving operational rigor across the funnel. From running pipeline meetings to building revenue models and partnering with data scientists, you’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who flourishes with cross-functional collaboration, accepts data as a strategic asset, and has a passion for enabling SMB success at scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of the SMB Ads revenue forecast, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to build demand and supply models that accurately predict performance.
• Design and run weekly pipeline meetings–prepare content, surface blockers, and drive accountability across GTM stakeholders.
• Lead acquisition and retention strategy using dashboards, scoring models, churn prediction, and cohort analysis.
• Drive strategic funnel optimization by partnering with GTM and data science teams on account segmentation, advertiser retention, LTV/CAC, and lead scoring.
• Provide enterprise-grade insights to Sales teams to help Account Managers and Specialists better prioritize and manage their books of business.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to evaluate channel performance, pricing strategies, campaign analytics, and product adoption metrics.
• Own and evolve self-serve analytics and infrastructure, working with engineering and data teams to automate reporting and democratize data access.
• Define and manage KPIs and treatment plans that drive operational transparency and progress across Sales, Ops, and GTM.
Basic Qualifications
• 12 years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Business Analytics, or Management Consulting, with a strong preference for candidates from high-growth media, advertising, or technology companies.
• Proven ability to build analytics programs from the ground up, integrating data, tooling, and process into a cohesive strategic framework.
• Deep expertise in forecasting, SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and statistical modeling frameworks.
• Experience supporting both managed and self-serve sales motions, including performance marketing and retention strategies (ideally for SMBs).
• Executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Passion for empowering SMBs through scalable advertising solutions–and for bringing a cross-functional team along the journey.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $156,800.00 - 196,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
