At Paramount, we don’t just create content we power the business behind it. As a Senior Analyst in Corporate Accounting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting a smooth, timely close process within a dynamic, international environment.
What you’ll be doing
• Prepare and analyze intercompany interest, long-term payables, and expense balances
• Post recurring and standard journal entries (accruals, amortization, reclasses, prepaids, chargebacks)
• Manage and reconcile lease, clearing, and expense accounts
• Maintain dividend rollforwards and validate related entries
• Prepare sublease income schedules and related accounting entries
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies
• Contribute to SOX compliance and audit processes
• Support special projects and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Budapest and New York
What we’re looking for
• Degree in Accounting or Finance (BSc/MSc)
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Confident business English (B2/C1)
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• A proactive mindset – you don’t just spot issues, you solve them
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
