Senior Coordinator, Standards & Practices, Paramount Domestic

The Paramount Standards & Practices department partners closely with internal and external creative and corporate executives to ensure our content (advertising or production) meets community standards, relevant legal regulation, and brand sensitivities.
This is a rare opportunity to join a progressive, creative, and larger S&P team that covers Paramount domestic broadcast, streaming and cable properties! This position will report to the EVP of S&P for Paramount U.S.A.
Overview and Responsibilities
Support the EVP S&P in administrative duties such as:
• Manage and schedule EVP's calendar
• Manage/schedule EVPs travel and expenses
• Manage event/LIVE coverage calendar:
• Coordinate/schedule EC coverage
• Manage freelancers/timesheets
• Update staff programming assignments calendar
• Manage staff vacation/PTO calendar
• Coordinate, schedule and handle department monthly/quarterly meetings:
• Arranging for internal department presentations
• Guest speakers â€'' within Paramount or external
• Prep, edit, and build presentations for EVP
• Host training/refresher courses for S&P systems to staff
• Manage/order office supplies, electronics (laptops, phones) for staff as needed
• Be the point of contact on behalf of the department for facilities requests
• Onboard new hires and interns with tech setup, apps setup, training on Competitive
• Entry-level training for content coverage across all brands
Basic Qualifications
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Professional demeanor with emphasis on confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills â€'' verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Additional Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive demeanor, self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Can work independently and with a team
• Can motivate and manage group requests
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Proficiency in Salesforce a plus, willingness to learn other software applications
• Familiarity with “cloud†based apps such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, media studies or equivalent degree
