Senior Coordinator, Financial Planning & Analysis, Streaming

Paramount Global Streaming is looking for a Senior Coordinator to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team in New York, NY. The Senior Coordinator will support the Entertainment division of Paramount Global Streaming and will focus primarily on Paramount . Paramount includes content from CBS, Showtime, BET, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Smithsonian Channel, TV Land, VH1, Paramount Pictures and other sports programming as well as original streaming content.

As part of an aligned FP&A team, the Senior Coordinator will report directly into the Director, FP&A and will assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of invoice submissions, payment processes and vendor management.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Assist with Paramount FP&A team with the timely submission of invoices.
• Work with the P2P payment team to ensure that invoices are coded accurately, and all pertinent information needed for payment processing is provided.
• Team with internal business partners to make certain that new vendors are set up correctly within the payment portal.
• Serve as the main point of contact with new and existing vendors to ensure that their accounts are in set up accurately so that payments are not impeded.
• Provide updates to internal and external clients on payment status in a timely manner.
• Run and analyze reports from the payment portal when needed.
• Work closely with the payment processing team to rectify any issues that arise, including but not limited to, late payments, incorrect payment information provided by vendor, etc.
• Provide the FP&A team with payment summaries and remittances on a regular basis.
• Ad hoc requests and analyses will be frequent.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a coordinator, Accounts Payables or equivalent roles
• Knowledge of Oracle payment system preferred
• Basic level of proficiency in Excel, experience in running complex reporting and manipulating large datasets
• Strong communicator with the ability to moderate based on audience and demonstrate an ability to partner with a range of cross functional partners
• Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles
• Strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail required
• Ability to work quickly and accurately on multiple projects concurrently

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 65,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
