The Senior Coordinator will support our Sales team across syndicated programming and media partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry, has strong analytical abilities, and is eager to build a foundation within media sales. You will collaborate closely with account executives, research, and operations teams to ensure that sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the Head of Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales & Administrative Support
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team and Account Executives.
• Maintain and update sales documents, pitch materials, and internal trackers.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up communication.
RESEARCH & INSIGHTS
• Conduct market and audience research to support sales strategies and client pitches.
• Pull and organize ratings, consumer insights, and performance data from internal and external sources.
• Summarize research results into clear, actionable insights for the Sales team.
DATA ENTRY & REPORTING
• Accurately input and manage sales data in internal CRM and reporting systems.
• Track deal status, client information, sales pipelines, and contractual details.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and inventory availability.
CONTENT RIGHTS & DELIVERABLES
• Assist in reviewing content rights, usage restrictions, and clearance documentation for syndicated programming.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and distribution teams to verify rights compliance across platforms.
• Maintain updated records of content rights, expirations, and licensing terms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4 years of proven experience.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with content rights, licensing, or media distribution (coursework or internship experience acceptable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort working with databases or CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
