This is a Full Time Job
We're looking for goal-oriented talent to join the Paramount Advertising Sales Operations team. This position aims to bring in and develop individuals passionate about media & entertainment, advertising, and serving clients. This role will immerse high potential individuals into an operational-focused role supporting key Ad Sales groups with exposure to both Linear and Digital advertising. This opportunity is a unique and exciting way to collaborate frequently with clients, high-level industry executives, and a diverse group of internal colleagues while developing a strong knowledge of the Advertising and Media industry.
Sales Associates have opportunities to advance their careers in different parts of the company. These include marketing, sales, commercial operations, client services, pricing and inventory, and other areas within the ad sales organization. Former Sales Associates have moved into leadership positions within Paramount.
Work Schedule: Sales Associates are expected to work a fully in person, 5 days/week in office schedule at our 1575 N Gower Street office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with account executives and account managers to fulfill daily client requests
• Facilitate client order entry and management, working with both internal departments and external clients to ensure client delivery and exceed client expectations
• Communicate with Sales, Traffic, Sponsorship, and Pricing & Inventory partners to ensure the flawless post-sale execution of advertisement deals across multiple endpoints
• Coordinate with Advertising Operations teams to carry out advertisers' creative assets, brand safety guidelines, and any other specific requests while adhering to internal regulations set by our Standards and Practices team
• Monitor/track and regularly report on campaign impressions and work with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders are delivered and billed in full
• Generate reports to spot and resolve any discrepancies or issues in campaigns and advertisements
• Work directly with Billing/Finance partners to help clear discrepancies and ensure proper revenue recognition at the campaign end.
• Provide ongoing reporting to our Sales teams
• Collaborate with Sales Associate Managers on routine responsibilities and future career goals
Qualifications:
• Must possess unrestricted US work authorization
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail, work ethic, and excellent judgment
• Proactive driven individual and team player, ability to learn quickly, be flexible, and adapt to changing industry and organizational landscape
• Desire and interest to work in a long term career withing advertising sales
