The Campus & Early Career Recruiting teams’ mission is to serve as a dedicated and strategic pipeline for early career and future leadership talent of all backgrounds. You will help support our award-winning internship program, early career rotation programs, and full-time entry-level roles.
This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting efforts to raise ViacomCBS’ brand, leading internship and full-cycle volume recruitment across our portfolio of brands. S/he/they should demonstrate the drive, motivation, and passion to deliver positive client and candidate experience, working alongside top recruitment professionals in a vibrant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish new and enhance existing partnerships with core University, DEI and Professional Org partners.
• Apply expertise as a talent advisor to build an inclusive outreach and recruitment process ensuring equity and prioritizing belonging
• Coordinate and represent at enterprise recruitment events that span across functional lanes, regions and formats (e.g. summer intern recruitment, Multicultural Media Summit, in-person and virtual conferences and workshops).
• Network and build relationships with key talent pools (intern alumni, early identification, non-traditional profiles) for short-term and long-term pipeline
• Assess dynamic priorities, evaluate strategies and analyze data to report on team goals
• Recruitment responsibilities for Intern & full-time early career roles
• Champion consistency and standards in recruitment policies and practices
Basic Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience within Human Resources and/or Recruitment Outreach and/or Diversity Equity & Inclusion experience, ideally within early career.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Human Resources related field i.e. Management, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Social Justice
• Knowledge in full lifecycle recruitment
• Demonstrated project management/organizational skills

• Strong client focus with highly effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Team-spirited and authentic approach to collaborating with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness; ability to successfully work in fast pace environment
