Overview:

The Data & Marketing organization plays a central role in the Paramount Streaming Group, responsible for the Consumer & Growth Marketing, Data & Insights and Business Operations for Pluto TV & Paramount at the cornerstone of growth across the free and pay streaming markets.

We are a cross-functional organization that spans several functions, including (but not limited to) Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production and Operations, Content Strategy, Data & Insights group, Podcasts, Marketing Acquisitions & Campaign Services, Audience Strategy & Search and more, all anchored around our Paramount subscription streaming service and Pluto TV, our ad-supported streaming service.

We are seeking an experienced presentation designer, strategic problem solver, and creative storyteller with a solid design background and a passion to break down even the most complex of messages into a succinct and clear story with the power of design. The presentation designer will work closely with the Chief of Staff, as well as executive leadership across the Data & Marketing group and internal partners within the Streaming division of Paramount Global. Your designs will help enhance the aesthetic across teams and for various audiences spanning from executive leadership to internal teams and external audiences. Must be a phenomenal communicator and collaborator, working across a diverse team and needs, and able to turn around quality work under tight deadlines. Must have a phenomenal portfolio of work showcasing your design prowess, and are self-motivated and work well with individuals and groups alike. Join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Design with purpose â€'' understand the content of presentations and apply best design practices to create slide content for optimal viewing
• Excellent written and verbal comprehension with meticulous attention to detail with excellent self motivational skills
• Have experience working under pressure and be able to handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time with the ability to quickly digest and carry out directions; working under tight deadlines, and jumping between projects even within one day
• Possess excellent attention to detail, and take pride in selling the company message through excellent visuals/graphics
• Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well thought-out presentations
• Turn data, concepts and research into compelling learning materials through PowerPoint while adhering to brand guidelines
• Create data visualizations that are clear and easy to understand
• Collaborate with internal (and sometimes external) constituents to gather design requirements; and work across collaborator groups to ensure a high standard that is on brand
• Design custom graphics from icons to isometric illustrations
• Uphold brand guidelines and have strong knowledge of design standards
• Work individually and manage individual projects to completion
• Find and apply appropriate imagery, illustration, and design elements to complement presentation themes and content
• Create schematic diagrams for use within guidelines documents
• Actively work to develop cross-functional relationships and champion collaboration amongst peers

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts or related field. In-house agency experience preferred.
• 5 years of professional PowerPoint presentation design experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Professional demeanor with high degree of comfort speaking with and collaboratively working with internal clients and partners
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills
• Great written and oral communication/presentation skills â€'' can articulate and advocate design decisions
• A solid understanding of information graphics, stock photo libraries
• Strong collaboration/partnership skills - we are a dynamic team where thoughts and ideas are exchanged freely and collaboration is strongly encouraged
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (knowledge of Figma is a plus)
• Well versed in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and personable!
• Creating content and authoring logic in XML using internal tools and workflows
