OTC Cash Application Analyst

This role is responsible for managing cash application processes across multiple international regions including Europe Africa Asia Australia and the Americas You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely cash application account reconciliation and financial reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams

What you will do:

• Perform daily cash application and clearing account allocations across international markets
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash balances
• Execute Withholding Tax clearing
• Collaborate with Finance Sales Collections and Billing teams to resolve allocation issues and complete reconciliations
• Support audits by preparing accurate documentation for accounts receivable write-offs
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation projects
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and support other Order to Cash areas as needed

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Team player with strong ethics and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
