News Associate

This is a Full Time Job

Overview / Role Details:
• Entry level job that works with Newsroom management to support news coverage and show production.
• News Associates will print scripts for anchors, operate the Teleprompter and greet guests.

Required:
• Currently enrolled in college or recent college graduate.
• Must have good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend, morning, and evening shifts.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Newsroom experience a plus.

Additional Information:
• Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 - 22.00.
• The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
• Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
