Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Network Traffic Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for commercials scheduled to achieve competitive separation on product and advertiser level; receive equitable rotation, and deliver per client guidelines inclusive of pod positioning, program restrictions, separation, and mix. Work with S&P on competitive issues, creative restrictions, kid-vid compliance, and provide reports as requested per team. As well as build and run program/traffic formats in accordance with the P&I/Programming/Media Planning team’s agreed-upon capacities.
• Provide the Broadcast center with final logs including all elements (programming/commercials/promo’s/graphics). Requires confirmation from the Broadcast center that the file was received in full and times out prior to signing off for the day
• Collaborate with P&I, Sales, and Programming to strategically schedule weekly inventory
• Update Sales on potential clearance issues and send pre-empted bin reports daily
• Provide feedback when capacities do not match grids and work with all teams to update accordingly
• Update post log data for billing in recon
• Ensure live linear addressable air within their windows inclusive of live, day-of changes
• Perform quality control checks on logs to avoid scheduling conflicts
• Serve as a point of contact for after-hour issues and implement urgent changes as needed (in accordance with management)
• Complete Afterburner and ADO optimization for all logs
• Responsible for all the above items for 2 â€'' 3 Paramount/BET property networks
• Expected to have an in-depth knowledge of all Paramount/BET property networks due to fluid coverage/network responsibility
Basic Qualifications
• 3 â€'' 5 years of media experience
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Wide Orbit preferred
Additional Qualifications
• Program Tracking System & E-log experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, work ethic, and excellent judgment
• Results-oriented and able to balance multiple assignments at a time in a fast-paced environment
• Dedicated customer service skills
