Overview and Summary:
In March 2022, Paramount launched a global, personalized, consumer-grade intranet called Murray. The Portal Operations manager builds, maintains, and actively updates core content for this site. Working closely with Paramount Tech and a network of global stakeholders, the manager will ensure a seamless, variable user experience that makes each user feel immersed in a personalized world within a global context. The position demands proficiency in long-term, continuous project management; a keen understanding of Paramount’s audiences and business needs and priorities; comfort with back-end content management systems; and skill at adapting existing templates and design language to new pages for new teams, programs, and business imperatives.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate the migration of all content on the ~15 remaining legacy intranets to Murray
• Target complete decommissioning of all legacy intranets within 12 to 18 months of Murray launch (Q4 2023)
• Continue to build out core Murray content by:
• Crafting new versions of existing pages using existing templates
• Working with new stakeholders to adapt their content to existing Murray templates and design language, establishing a permanent and appropriately variable presence on the intranet
• Manage day-to-day Murray edits and content updates, including, the site's news and events centers
• Conduct periodic site audits to ensure site integrity
• Work alongside the Murray News Coordinator to manage large internal campaigns and ensure evergreen instance of new programs, benefits, and policies
• Ensure audience variability and targeting is working as intended and that Murray serves appropriate versions of each page or webpart to the correct audiences
• Work in conjunction with the Paramount Content team to build tracking, management, and collaboration tools that ensure internal and external content is aligned and in sync with business goals
Basic qualifications:
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to balance short- and long-term goals, prioritize among hundreds of competing content needs, track progress across multiple partners, and source and maintain various project-management tools
• Ability to coordinate with disparate groups across the business to ensure that Murray is up to date and performing accurately, and to ensure all employee tools, programs, policies, and benefits, etc. have a permanent and easily accessible home on Murray.
• 3-5 years’ experience handling a digital company ecosystem

• Desire to understand and help to protect and maintain Paramount’s business priorities, internal culture, and brand reputation
• Relentless dedication to maintaining a large and complex online digital ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 - 123,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
