Activation is a group dedicated to campaign development and execution across Paramount's Advertising Solutions. We collaborate with the Pitch and Creative teams to develop coordinated marketing solutions that drive upfront and scatter budgets then lead the activation of marketing campaigns across all screens, in collaboration with channel constituents.
Responsibilities
include and are not limited to:
• Serve as Activation point on RFP responses including leading creative briefings and collaboration, and vetting concepts with all necessary teams.
• Lead all aspects of activation on assigned marketing programs after sell-in including managing agency/client partners, liaising with Creative and pertinent channel teams on content production and delivery.
• Interact with cross-disciplinary teams including clients, media agencies, experiential agencies, sales, creative, production, social media, editorial, programming, legal, and more
• Manage specific processes, such as vetting ideas with key collaborator departments, securing partner materials/assets, building social media promotional strategies, and supervising the production of custom content
• Identify areas of opportunity to reach company and client goals
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop sellable solutions to bring to market
• Manage timelines, craft pre-pro materials, represent client needs on set.
• Coordinate campaign launch and collaborate with media activation and cultural intelligence teams on reporting
• Proactively develop content and sponsorship opportunities tied to our channel priorities.
• Serve as show point(s) across assigned properties/events, working with respective channel teams to stay informed on production plans/needs.
• Build relationships across the channel(s) to better serve our business and to help address challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of experience developing marketing programs across all platforms, with emphasis on digital and social activation
Additional Qualifications:
• Conversant in all social platforms to activate fan engagement and marketing strategies
• Strong creative instincts with a passion for content and media
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and external parties
• Comfortable working on multiple campaigns and proposals in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate collaboration, negotiation skills, problem solving, project management, creative ideation, pitching clients, building relationships and leadership
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences
• Ability to contribute to innovation in digital media
