Is this the role for you?
We are seeking a Manager of Content Services within the Paramount International Business Operations team.
This position plays a critical role in influencing, enhancing and shaping how curation teams manage content that ultimately powers the consumer experience. Helping define and execute operational aspects of a new market, platform, or feature release. The goal is to strive for operational efficiency and support product enhancements that will drive revenue.
What will you be doing?
• Defines day-to-day operational workflows that focus on efficient content curation
• Works closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand all content-related requirements for international expansion and new feature development
• Acts as a SME on content curation for Paramount across all platforms
• Builds and maintains clear and concise process and product overview documentation for Business stakeholders and the Curation team
• Trains international Curation team on site management CMS as well as content workflows
• Strives to optimize processes and communication across teams
• Works with numerous teams to solve complex problems while adhering to aggressive project timelines
• Raises problems and proposes viable solutions
• Assists with troubleshooting issues related to curation management
• Provides project updates to stakeholders and executives
What are we looking for?
• Demonstrable background working with content management systems with a strong emphasis on data integrity
• Proven track record of multi-tasking and overseeing complex projects while managing client expectations
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
• Outstanding and careful attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
• A global, team-oriented mindset
• Great time management skills
• Adapt well to the change that is required when scaling a business
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Understanding of web technologies and content management systems
• Agile, Scrum and other methodologies including traditional waterfall approaches
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence a plus
