Manager, Talent Acquisition €'' Campus & Early Career Recruiting Attraction & Pipeline Development

The Campus & Early Career Recruiting teams€™ mission is to serve as a dedicated and strategic pipeline for early career and future leadership talent. You will help support our award-winning internship program, early career rotation programs, and full-time entry-level roles.
This is a meaningful role responsible for driving efforts to raise awareness of Campus & Early Career opportunities across the portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the drive, motivation, and passion to deliver exceptional client and candidate experience, working alongside top recruitment professionals in a vibrant work environment.
You must work a self-starter and change catalyst with the ability to build and complete team initiatives. This role is a contributing member of the Campus & Early Career Recruiting leadership team that effectively embodies and promotes the culture and core values of Paramount Global. This position will report to the VP, Campus to Career & Early Career Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Partnerships & Recruitment Initiatives
• Set strategy and drive execution with core colleges and universities to drive top of the funnel of quality candidates for internship and early career roles.
• Lead relationship-building efforts with DEI organizations, nontraditional pipelines, and professional originations to drive a diverse slate of internship and early career candidates.
• Spearhead marquee recruitment events in support of multiple business functions/divisions such as, but not including: Multicultural Media Summit, conferences.
• Build and drive engagement strategy with internal partners (e.g. Office of Global Inclusion/Employee Resource Groups, Hiring Managers), to serve as recruitment ambassadors.
Recruitment Sourcing
• Foster relationships with candidates from key partnerships to build pipelines/talent communities for current and future opportunities.
• Partner with Recruiters to build strategic partnerships aligned to priority roles.
• Champion consistency and standards in recruitment policies and practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing team to explore new and evaluate current tools, techniques, and technologies to build early career talent communities.
• Stay current on early career methodologies and benchmark with peers, students, faculty/administrators, and business leaders.
Recruitment Marketing
• Develop and implement a Campus & Early Career Recruitment attraction strategy in partnership with internal collaborators (e.g. Employment Branding, Corporate Marketing).
Leadership
• Management Responsibilities €'' 1 direct report.
• Collaborate with team on developing and cultivating a vision for the Early Career & Programs strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience within Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing, Sourcing, and/or Diversity Equity & Inclusion experience, ideally within the University and/or early career space.
• Bachelor€™s degree, preferably in a Human Resources related field i.e. Management, Psychology, Sociology, Communications.
• Proven flexibility and resourcefulness; ability to successfully work in a fast pace environment with volume
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and yield influence with hiring managers.
Additional Qualifications:
• Strong client focus with outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Team-spirited and collegial approach to collaborating with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated good judgment, strategic/critical thinking, and approach.
• Strong organizational and process orientation skills; detail and deadline-oriented with great time management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS technologies (e.g. SuccessFactors) and HR/recruiting products (e.g. video interview, Handshake, CRMs).
• Familiarity with social media/marketing tools such as Linked In, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok.
