Overview and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing office management & department administration support to the Global Program Acquisitions Group. The ideal candidate must be a go-getter, meticulous, highly motivated and a forward-thinker who is able to anticipate the needs of a busy department and its executives. Candidate must be an effective communicator with excellent organizational, written & computer skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
include but not limited to:
• On-going management of executive & team meetings preparation. This includes scheduling meetings, tech logistics, planning department events, and tracking reminder follow-ups.
• Must handle assignments from start to completion, providing ongoing status updates for department's and one's own To Do lists.
• Coordinates team travel and events planning; generates expense reports according to Company T&E policies.
• Key department liaison to other internal departments including IT, Facilities, Accounting and HR.
• Individual will work closely to ensure department priorities are tracked in order to hit critical deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members on workflow efficiencies and assist with special projects & department initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
• 5 years office management and/or high-level administrative experience
• Superb Microsoft Outlook (calendar / email), Word, Excel, Power Point and internet skills
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities; must have ability to re- prioritize work daily and proactively manage time effectively

• Possess a positive “can-do†& team oriented spirit
• Ability to work independently as well as in tandem with department executives
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external clients and senior management
• Thorough follow thru skills are critical to the position.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
• Entertainment or Media-Related Industry experience preferred
