This is a Full Time Job
The Global Retention team drives subscriber engagement and reduces churn across all international markets. We develop data-driven, customer-centric strategies that deepen viewer relationship with our content and maximize lifetime value. Partnering closely with the data, content, design, and CRM teams, we design and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and partner platforms and optimize the full subscriber journey through segmentation, testing, and performance analysis from onboarding and engagement to save and winback programs.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist in developing and executing subscriber engagement campaign strategies across programming slate.
• Analyze, monitor and report on campaign performance and audience trends across programming and marketing channels, using insights to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners (e.g. programming, product, copy, creative, analytics, CRM) to support cohesive marketing efforts and develop compelling marketing assets for mobile, web, and email channels.
• Support campaign operations by inputting data, managing requests, and maintaining tickets in the team’s work management platforms.
• Proactively brainstorm and propose new ideas to deepen engagement with assigned programming.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within the entertainment, media, or streaming industry.
• Demonstrated experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, etc.).
Additional Qualifications
• Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to think critically about performance data and audience behavior.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Airtable, Jira and Asana is a plus.
