Overview and Responsibilities
Reporting to: Senior Vice President, Finance - Streaming
We are looking for an organized, resourceful, and collaborative teammate to provide administrative assistance to the Pluto TV finance organization! In addition, this role will perform financial analyses and execute special projects for the SVP, Finance, and Finance Operations team. Our preferred candidate has a basic understanding of finance and accounting and is able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone seeking exposure to entertainment finance and a path to exploring finance roles within the company. This position will be based in Los Angeles, with a flexible hybrid schedule.
• Provide administrative support to the SVP, Finance; responsibilities include calendar management, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Prepare meeting materials including slide presentations
• Manage internal and external logistics for events including vendor negotiations, technology support and coordination of attendee participation
• Participate in the support of finance operational processes.
• Assist with basic financial analyses
• Assist with vendor registration, troubleshooting, and communications
• Purchase order creation and follow up
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience (including internships) in a role(s) that required high degrees or organization such as finance, accounting, billing, planning or procurement
Additional Qualifications
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive issues or information
• Able to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to work under pressure, perform efficiently, handle multiple high priority tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive and effective working relationships
