The Building Service Attendant is responsible for supporting facility operations and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment. Duties include event setup, general cleaning, and assisting with deliveries and moves.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and break down equipment for rehearsals, productions, meetings, and classes.
• Open assigned offices and work areas; report any abnormal conditions to the Building Services Supervisor.
• Perform general cleaning in non-studio areas, including:
• Cleaning and refilling water coolers and carafes in executive offices
• Washing and cleaning walls
• Assist with packing, bagging, and moving items as needed.
• Remove garbage and refuse from shops, offices, cafeteria, and other areas to designated disposal locations.
• Operate passenger and freight elevators as assigned.
• Provide labor for sidewalk deliveries and make departmental deliveries as required.
• Clean and service restrooms; perform mopping and other cleaning tasks.
• Move furniture as needed.
• Perform manual snow removal (appropriate attire provided by the company).
• Clean glass surfaces (excluding windows).
• Maintain cleanliness of the loading dock.
• Physical requirement: Must be capable of lifting and transporting objects up to 50 pounds.

Additional Qualifications
• Weekend and overtime work may be required.
• 2–3 years of similar experience preferred.

In addition to the foregoing, Building Service Attendants may be assigned to perform other duties related to the above-described work or duties that have historically fallen within the Union's jurisdiction.
