Overview:
Marketing Operational Strategy & Alignment sits at the center of the Data & Marketing Group, connecting the diverse functions and touchpoints that support Paramount and Pluto TV. The team works across Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production & Operations, Content Strategy, Data & Insights, Promotional and Ad Operations, Media, Audience Strategy & Search, and more – all in service of our subscription and ad-supported streaming businesses. Our mission is to expand marketing capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and drive collaboration and functional clarity across the Data & Marketing Group and its partners, delivering impactful results across divisions. DTC Global Media Strategy is the team that owns full-funnel paid media planning and decisioning across Paramount and Pluto TV, spanning budget architecture, audience-based buying, partner relationships, and media efficacy measurement. We sit at the intersection of performance marketing, OTT strategy, forecasting, and campaign analytics, working across the portfolio's major titles and franchises and our key media partners to drive subscriber and viewership outcomes for both our subscription streaming service, Paramount, and our ad-supported streaming service, Pluto TV.
We are seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant with demonstrated professionalism and a genuine desire to serve as a right hand and build a real partnership with senior executives. This role primarily supports the SVP, Marketing Operational Strategy & Alignment and the SVP, Media Strategy, with occasional backup support to the Chief Marketing & Data Officer. The ideal candidate is a high-performing generalist who juggles multiple responsibilities, projects, and deadlines with strong attention to detail, and who can be diplomatic and trusted with confidential information. The successful candidate brings high energy, flexibility, poise, and confidence, along with the ability to interface with clients, senior leaders, and colleagues in a professional, approachable, and positive manner. They are adept at problem-solving, dynamic, insightful, and forward-thinking.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, travel and expense reporting for two or more executives.
• Serve as West Coast back-up Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing & Data Officer.
• Act upon the broad goals of an executive office, understanding their implications for daily and weekly priorities with minimal direction, while navigating the Data & Marketing Group's organizational structure and leadership.
• Develop and implement efficient systems for sharing and managing information, projects, and communications related to the Data & Marketing Group, per the strategic direction of the SVP, Marketing Operational Strategy & Alignment and SVP, Media Strategy, ensuring accurate and timely turnaround.
• Coordinate and schedule key vendor & constituent meetings, related communications, and the exchange of pertinent data among Marketing Operational Strategy & Alignment, Media Strategy, HR business partners, and Data & Marketing Group senior leadership, based on organizational needs.
• Exercise political acumen to communicate diplomatically and navigate interactions with senior leaders, cross-functional leads, and colleagues within the Data & Marketing Group and across larger cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate high-level meetings and events across various locations, including scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, space plans, guest lists, RSVP tracking, and catering.
• Manage Data & Marketing Group executive attendance at premiere and industry awards and events throughout the year.
• Manage confidential business matters and communications; track a variety of business documents.
• Conduct research on specialized topics as required.
• Develop internal network of EAs, Facilities, and other key contacts.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
• 7 years of administrative experience supporting Vice Presidents and above
• Sound judgment, diplomacy, and the ability to take initiative, with high-level discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive data
• Technically savvy, with some media or technology background
• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across a broad range of internal and external high-level managers, executives, and organizations
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment under time strain, remaining flexible, proactive, adept at problem-solving, and efficient
• Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently, with reliable follow-through
• Characteristics of a self-starter, including the ability to make decisions on behalf of the executive
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor across all levels of management
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
Additional Qualifications
• Experience with Concur, Oracle Fusion, Airtable, and Google Suite
• Experience setting up and maintaining distribution lists and pivot tables
• Experience leveraging AI tools

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
