Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to provide administrative and project support for our Executive Vice President and head of the Data and Insights Group! The team consists of business intelligence, research, data engineering and measurement operations teams that are responsible for providing Paramount Streaming with data and insights used to inform our business strategy. The ideal candidate will be upbeat with strong multitasking capabilities, demonstrating trustworthiness, organization, and dependability. The role requires a high level of comfort and discretion dealing with a large range of internal and external high-level managers, executives, organizations, and confidential information.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Coordinate meetings and offsite/onsite events including but not limited to scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, video conference/light AV setup, space plans, and catering
• Handle calendars and assist executives with scheduling as well as identifying and resolving conflicts
• Assist with presentations and meeting materials
• Run executives’ extensive travel schedules, proactively confirming travel plans
• Lead and secure office and seating for executive and team travel.
• Process all expense reports for executives
• Participate in and help with departmental activities
• Proactively make process improvement recommendations
• Assist with onboarding new employees -- coordinating with Facilities, IT, Telecom, Security, etc.
• Provide larger-scale event support as directed by DIG leadership team

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent training and experience
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience supporting a team of senior executives
• Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack
• Event-planning experience

• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as a professional demeanor while communicating effectively with all levels of management
• Expert in working both in a team environment and independently
• Shown ability to take initiative and think and plan ahead
• A “can-do” attitude and the willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks required to meet the daily demands of the business
• Proven characteristics of a self-starter

Hiring Salary Range: $56,000
