Overview and Responsibilities
Paramount Global seeks an experienced and highly qualified Executive Assistant to support our EVP, Investor Relations and the Investor Relations team! In this highly visible role, the ideal candidate will be capable of multi-tasking and operating in a fast-paced environment, including calendar and travel scheduling, expenses and accounts payable, serving as a liaison between internal and external partners, and taking on various responsibilities and helping out as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide administrative support, including internal and external scheduling and calendar management with coordination of meetings with multiple participants/ locations in a hybrid working environment
• Provide effective and efficient meeting coordination, including attendee listings, facilities, technology, agendas, materials, catering, notes, and action items
• Partnering with other company administrative assistants to collaborate, obtain information, and problem solve
• Monitor and screen phone calls and email inboxes, serving as a gatekeeper to internal personnel and external partners to ensure timely and appropriate management of all inquiries
• Recommend, build and maintain travel bookings and itineraries
• Assist with organization of shared documents, folders and other administrative tasks as required
• Process Investor Relations team T&E expense reports, departmental purchase orders and invoices
• Help drive overall goals of Paramount Global and the broader Finance function
Basic Requirements
• Minimum 5 years supporting a senior leader
• Strong execution, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Zoom
