Overview :
This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President, Post Production & Innovation for Paramount Pictures. This role ensures the Presidents office runs capably by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and handling information. The assistant acts as a key liaison between the President, internal departments, external vendors, and senior executive team, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities :
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prioritize and organize appointments to align with production timelines and executive priorities.
• Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the President.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items for meetings.
• Organize post-production review sessions, screenings, and vendor calls.
• Assist in tracking post-production milestones and deliverables for multiple films.
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets for budgets, schedules, and vendor information.
• Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Support budget tracking for post-production projects.
• Handle information related to talent, budgets, and studio strategy.
• Liaise with editorial, sound, VFX, and finishing teams to ensure smooth communication.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree Preferred.
• 2 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in entertainment or post-production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and insight with post-production workflows.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to administer multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
