The Asset Management Coordinators’ primary responsibility is to support Sales and Marketing strategies on all Paramount Global Content Distribution Features, Series and Specials content distributed internationally. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Services in support of the on-going efforts to gather, conform & distribute production digital assets. The ideal candidate likes working autonomously and can meet daily and long-term deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Develop and Communicate a thorough understanding of distribution product catalog.
• Develop strong familiarity with current and library content availability and schedules.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a large volume of documents, keeping materials organized and distributed in a timely manner to the correct locations.
• Manage quick turnarounds on approved materials through the production pipeline.
• Coordinate communication and requests from 3rd party resources in the successful distribution of marketing assets.
• Manage the delivery, maintenance, storage, and transferring of assets, including source files, to our DAM (digital asset management) systems, working closely with internal and external partners to obtain files, maintain organization, and keep assets up-to-date.
• Serve as liaison with cross-functional departments to source, manage, and distribute title content for Marketing, Publicity and Creative Services use.
Project Management support to fulfill Asset Management Requests:
• Responsible for gathering project materials for artwork, metadata, & production materials for delivery & distribution. Deliver completed materials through varying methods (B2B, Xytech, Airtable, Box, Outlook).
• Proficiency and ability to manage automated project order system.
• Stay on top of high-volume requests coming in through various methods.
• Insert important metadata information into the files for delivery.
• Troubleshoot asset-related issues through quality control according to technical specifications. Working knowledge of digital delivery across various platforms.
• Help fulfill Metadata EPG requests. Needs to be extremely curious, detail-oriented, and highly accurate with grammar and spelling.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 year experience in digital asset servicing.
• Knowledge of digital asset files and specs.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with project tracking and scheduling programs such as Airtable is a plus.
• 1 years computer programs required with Microsoft Suite
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate should be a team player with strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with the entertainment business is a plus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $53,000.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
