Paramount Streaming is seeking a Production Designer with 3 years of experience to support the creation and execution of high-volume digital art assets for Paramount , Pluto TV, and global partners. This role is highly execution-focused and requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working within established templates and specifications in a dynamic production environment.

The ideal candidate is receptive to creative direction, proactive in implementing feedback, and skilled at producing consistent, on-brand assets across multiple platforms and formats.

Responsibilities:
• Produce a steady stream of digital assets for Paramount , Pluto TV, and global partners
• Execute artwork using production templates while adhering to platform-specific specs and requirements
• Perform photo retouching, artwork manipulation, and image extensions using Photoshop and AI-assisted tools
• Collaborate closely with other Production Designers while also working autonomously
• Ensure all assets meet brand standards, quality expectations, and delivery timelines
• Adapt quickly as priorities and deadlines shift

Basic Qualifications
• 3 Years of experience
• A solid portfolio demonstrating digital production design, photo retouching, and artwork manipulation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Frame.io, and Firefly
• Solid comprehension of layout, typography, and visual framework

Bonus Skills:
• Experience extending imagery and creating depth using lighting and shadow techniques
• Knowledge using both manual and GenAI-assisted tools within production workflows
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to receive feedback and implement revisions skillfully
• Clear communication skills in both in-person and remote environments
• Interest for digital products, design, and evolving creative technology
• Willingness to support occasional overtime as needed, sometimes with short notice
